Refund and Returns Policy

Shipping, Exchange & Return Policy

We are committed to ensuring a satisfactory shopping experience for our customers across Pakistan. Kindly review the following policy prior to placing an order.

1. Order Processing & Dispatch  
Orders are generally processed within 1–2 working days following confirmation and are subsequently dispatched through reliable courier services operating across Pakistan. Delivery timelines may vary depending on location and courier logistics.

2. Product Availability & Color Substitution  
Due to occasional inventory limitations, the exact color requested may not always be available. In such circumstances, we reserve the right to dispatch the nearest or most suitable available color alternative in order to fulfill the order.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items  
If a product arrives damaged or inconsistent with the ordered item, the customer must notify our support team within 24 hours of receiving the parcel. After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund, excluding delivery charges where applicable.

4. Exchange Policy  
Exchange requests may be submitted within 7 days of receiving the order, subject to the following conditions:

- The item must remain unused, intact, and in its original packaging.  
- Customers requesting an exchange for personal preference must return the parcel to us and bear the applicable Delivery Charges (DC).  
- Once the returned parcel is received, if the customer selects another product, the re-dispatch charges for the newly selected article must also be paid by the customer.

5. Return Policy  
Returns are only accommodated in the event that the product arrives damaged or defective. Customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery. Upon verification, we will prioritize sending a replacement of the same item without any additional cost, and the previously delivered item will be collected from the customer without any charges. If a replacement is not feasible, a refund may be processed after deduction of the initial delivery charges.

6. Refund Processing  
Approved refunds are processed following verification of the returned product. Kindly allow up to 22 days for completion of the refund procedure, subject to administrative and payment processing timelines.

7. Order Confirmation Policy  
Orders are processed only after confirmation through our official communication channels. Unconfirmed orders may be automatically cancelled.

8. Parcel Acceptance Policy  
Customers are requested to accept their parcels once the order has been confirmed and dispatched. Parcels refused without a valid reason may result in restriction from placing future orders.

9. Advance Payment for High-Value Orders  
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders exceeding PKR 30,000, customers are required to submit a 10% advance payment prior to dispatch. The remaining balance will be payable upon delivery (COD).

The advance amount must be transferred to the bank account mentioned at checkout, and the payment confirmation should be shared on the provided WhatsApp number. In case the advance is not received, our representative will contact you to assist with the process.

10. Policy Acceptance  
By placing an order with us, the customer acknowledges and agrees to all store policies stated above.

11. Customer Assistance  
For exchanges, complaints, or order-related inquiries, customers are advised to contact our customer support team with their order details, and further assistance will be provided accordingly.
